Aristotle Beyond the Academy

26th-27th March 2025 - Explorations in the Public Reception of Aristotle, Durham University


Your attendance is called for an upcoming conference titled 'Explorations in the Public Reception of Aristotle'. It will be convened by the Leverhulme-funded project Aristotle beyond the Academy, based in the Centre for Classical Reception and the Centre for Ancient and Medieval Philosophy at the University of Durham, on March 26th-27th 2025. We will be in the Ritson Room at the Classics and Ancient History Department at Durham University and the talks will be made available online via Zoom (link to follow).

There will be sessions on Literature and Art, Race, Politics, Rhetoric and Poetics.
